Ahhhh…Nicole and Mark’s incredible St. Louis winter wedding was nothing short of a spectacular day! Can I tell you the story of when I first heard they were engaged? You might think we all were a bit crazy…and maybe we were. About the middle of February, my husband and I were invited out to dinner with Nicole’s parents, Louann and Mike. We sit down. We order dinner. And Mike and Louann say, “Good news!! Nicole and Mark just got engaged!”

Louann goes on to say, “The wedding is this February 23rd–in nine days. Are you available to photograph the wedding?”
After picking my jaw up off the floor, I exclaimed, “You bet I am!!”
And knowing Louann and all her superpowers, I knew she and Nicole would not only put the wedding together in nine days, but that they would pull off one INCREDIBLY GORGEOUS wedding in nine days. February 23rd turned out to be beautiful. The weather cooperated so much we were able to have the ceremony outside on Nicole’s grandpa’s property. With an intimate gathering of family and friends, some bundled up in blankets as Mark and Nicole said their vows. The details came together just so, Krystal at Magnolia’s Salon & Spa did an amazing job with hair and makeup. Kaitlyn with KG Rauch Florals put together a stunning bridal bouquet. And the reception was cozy with all the best things–Chick-fil-A, Crumbl Cookies, cheesecake, homemade mints–need I go on?
