I had such a great time photographing this stunning Cor Jesu Academy senior at Queeny Park this spring. I had never been to Queeny Park before, but it came highly recommended and I couldn’t have been happier with our evening. The golden sun settled in beautifully for Emma’s session, making a perfect backdrop for a gorgeous girl. We did have one little hiccup as we kicked off our night–it looked as though she might be barefoot for all of her senior pictures! Thankfully Emma’s dad was a great sport about hustling up to the park with shoes in hand, saving the wardrobe day. But with or without shoes–this girl finished up with a beautiful senior gallery!
Emma heads off to Alabama this fall with her eye on a double major in biology and Spanish in the honors program. It has been fun comparing notes with her mom these past couple of years as Emma is in the same graduating year as my oldest son. AP courses, college applications, ACT scores–then holding our breath waiting to hear back on acceptance letters and scholarships! It’s a little strange to realize that we are both on the other side of all that and are getting ready to launch them into their freshman year at college. I have no doubt this recent Cor Jesu Academy graduate is going to knock her college years out of the park. Best of luck, Emma!!
