Do you know how crazy hard it is to narrow down a few images from this gorgeous fall family session for a blog post??? It is TERRIBLE, I tell you! 😉 Needless to say, that is a fabulous problem to have when sorting images from my sessions, and I love this family so much that I’m pretty sure they could be hanging out in the most ugly place imaginable and I would still think they were beautiful. I photographed this family four years ago, and when I was at their house a few days ago going over their new images while looking at the canvas on their wall from that session years ago, none of us could get over how much the kids had grown. I am going to be THAT person to these kids as they grow into adults, you know the little gray-haired lady that comes up to pinch their cheeks and say, “I remember the day you were born…” because I do.
Jason and Jenny were our first friends when we moved to St. Louis nineteen years ago, newly pregnant with our second child and didn’t know a soul in St. Louis. Even though they hardly knew us, they showed up to visit us at the hospital after our baby was born, and we have loved them ever since. I’m pretty confident that we aren’t the only ones to claim them as dear friends, because they tend to make dear friends everywhere they go. So while I could certainly keep gushing, I will restrain myself and let you scroll on down to see just a few of our favorites coming out of their beautiful fall session.
