Photographing this family of four was such a treat! So as I’ve been going back through organizing some earlier sessions, I thought it’d be fun to blog one of the first families who allowed me the privilege of working with them to create their custom family portraits. I’ve known this crew for several years now. And once again, I find myself in disbelief that these two kids are now young adults–because they were awfully little when I first met them! I couldn’t even begin to list the ways these four have been a blessing to our family. And I shudder to think of the stories they could tell on us! Jessica has put in a number of hours babysitting our troupe and we could write a book on the craziness that our babysitters have gone through! But currently, Jessica is off in another state serving a pretty special group of kids, giving them an opportunity to experience summer camp as all kids should. Thankfully we got to catch her when she was back home last fall for a short while so we could get all four of them in the frame. Now before you think I’m biased in posting an individual picture of Jessica and not Danny, you’ll have to ask him yourself if I didn’t at least try to get him to take an individual shot! 😉 I had originally held off posting their family pictures, as I was wanting to give them time to decide which picture they were going to use for Christmas…but I’d say that six months after the fact has definitely cleared me to post away, don’t you think?
