Oh, what a sweet, sweet family I photographed during this beautiful in-home newborn session. Zerin and Tommy have welcomed home their precious Tabitha Naaz, and this little one already brings SO MUCH JOY to so many. How do I begin to find the words that even touch the surface of the beautiful story that has already been written of her precious family? So many layers and so many pieces woven together in a meaningful way. What I loved about this session was how Zerin and Tommy have brought together two different cultures–both in marriage but also the details of their home. Tabitha wore Bangladeshi bangles from her Grandma–or Dadumoni–for part of her session. And of course, there were plenty of other pieces we incorporated that were made specifically for this tiny one who is so very loved. (My daughter-in-law, Kaitlyn made her a floral crown and other floral pieces; and my dear friend, Emily, made her the bonnet and heart. Thank you both so much!!)
Soon enough her tiny expressions and dainty features will give way to toddler giggles and antics, because we all know how quickly the days fly by. But this day Zerin and Tommy chose to pause time. And I was so overjoyed to be a part of it. Scroll on down to see some of our favorites…
